Recentered Toolkit

Create Your Recentered Toolkit at Home

1. Print Your Freebie!

Don’t forget to grab both pages — the second one includes powerful personal mantras. Use them however you’d like, but here’s a fun idea: make a bracelet with beads featuring the mantra you want to embody. Wearing your intention on your wrist is a simple way to keep those positive reminders close.

2. Gather Your Toolkit Supplies:

Find a large pencil pouch and fill it with a few everyday items you probably already have around the house (or can easily pick up on your next store run).

Below are some of my favorite toolkit fillers:

  • Peppermint candy or mints (IceBreakers Spearmint or LifeSavers Mints)

  • Gum (Extra Spearmint)

  • Fruit strips (Simply Nature) or gummy candies (Annie’s Organic)

  • Lavender Hand Cream (Buff City Soap, Honest Co., L’Occitane)

  • A photo of my family at the beach during sunset

  • Hand painted worry stone that says “Breathe”

  • Silly Putty (Oopsie Noise Putty)

  • Fidgets (stress balls, popits, worry stones)

Other items I have on hand:

  • My mantra bracelets - “Create Balance” and “Get To”

  • Beaded bracelets that double as a fidget

  • Ice cold water in a cup with a straw

3. RECENTER Anytime:

Keep your toolkit handy for those moments when you feel overwhelmed or out of balance. With your tools at your fingertips, you’ll be ready to reset, refocus, and RECENTER.
